The Florida Region of USA Volleyball is now offering $150 grants to interested high school volleyball  programs within the region boundaries.  Any high school between the Apalachicola River and Key West  is eligible to apply.  There are 50 grants available in 2019 and they will be awarded by the vote of a  selection committee.

Factors to be considered include application date, financial need, geographical  location, and program success. The goal of this grant program is to assist high schools with funding for needed equipment while also promoting the Florida Region of USA Volleyball.

The only requirement to be eligible for this grant is to agree to hang the 48”x48” banner below showing  the Florida Region’s support of your program, which will be provided to your school at no cost.  (Note: A  picture of the banner hanging in the school gym will be required to receive the funds.)

Interested schools can submit an online grant application by visiting www.FloridaVolleyball.org and  clicking on the Proud Supporter Banner picture.  The deadline to apply is Friday, August 16th at 5pm.

Schools will be selected and banners will be mailed the week of August 26th.  Once a picture of the  hanging banner is received by the Florida Region office, the grant check will be mailed and made payable to the school.
