The Team Florida Indoor HP All-Star program allows outstanding youth volleyball athletes to play for top college/club coaches and represent the Florida Region at an international volleyball tournament each year called the USA High Performance Championships.

The progression for athletes to be considered for a Team Florida HP All-Star team is as follows:
  1. DEVELOPMENT CAMP - 24-34 atheltes in each age division
  2. TRAINING CAMP - 28-60 athletes per age division (All Ages)
  3. TRIP TO HP CHAMPIONSHIPS - 12 athletes per team
